Celtic Colours returns to Cape Breton with a renewed focus on community, language and homegrown hospitality
The 30th Celtic Colours International Festival opened on October 9 and moves through October 17 with concerts, workshops and community meals that local organizers say are meant to put island culture and language at the center of the celebration.
